These Terms govern your use of Fansae, operated by Fansae ApS (Copenhagen, Denmark, CVR pending). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. We verify age at signup and may re-verify at any time.
2. Your account
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information.
- You must keep your credentials secure and notify us of any unauthorized access.
- You may not share or sell your account.
3. Creator terms
If you publish content as a creator, you additionally agree to the Creator Agreement. You grant Fansae a limited license to host, transmit, and display your content strictly for the purpose of operating the Service.
4. Member terms
Memberships renew monthly until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds except as required by law.
5. Acceptable use
You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. Nudity, sexual content, content involving minors, harassment, hate, and illegal activity are prohibited.
6. Fees
Fansae charges a flat 5% platform fee on creator earnings. Payment processing is included. No additional fees apply unless disclosed at the point of sale.
7. Payouts
Payouts run weekly, on Mondays, through Stripe Connect. Minimum payout is €1. Payout is dependent on completion of identity verification (KYC).
8. Taxes
Creators are responsible for their own tax obligations. Fansae will provide statements suitable for declaration to national tax authorities.
9. Content moderation
Every image and video is scanned on upload. Fansae may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. Notice and appeal rights are described in our DSA transparency page.
10. Termination
You may close your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms. Creator earnings accrued up to termination are paid on the next scheduled payout.
11. Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fansae is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes are resolved in Copenhagen City Court, subject to any mandatory consumer rights.
