This Creator Agreement ("Agreement") is between the creator ("You") and Fansae ApS ("Fansae"). It applies in addition to the Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy.
1. Your content
- You retain ownership of content you publish.
- You grant Fansae a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, encode, transmit, and display your content solely to operate the Service.
- You may remove any post at any time; removed content is deleted from our production systems within 30 days, subject to backup cycles.
2. Representations
You represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years old and have capacity to contract.
- You own or have rights to all content you publish.
- Your content complies with the Acceptable Use Policy and applicable law.
- Any third parties depicted have consented to being featured.
3. Revenue share
- You keep 95% of the gross amount of each membership fee, tip, and paid DM.
- Fansae retains 5% as a platform fee, which covers payment processing, storage, moderation, and support.
- Any additional currency conversion fees imposed by the payer's bank are not charged by Fansae.
- Chargebacks and refunds are deducted from your balance if attributable to your content or conduct.
4. Payouts
- Payouts run every Monday via Stripe Connect.
- Minimum payout is €1. Lower balances roll forward.
- A seven-day reserve is held on new earnings to cover chargebacks (Stripe standard).
- KYC must be completed before the first payout.
5. Taxes
- You are responsible for declaring and paying your own income tax.
- Fansae applies VAT on member purchases per EU OSS rules; the member pays VAT on top of the listed price.
- We provide annual earnings statements in your Studio.
6. Exclusivity
Non-exclusive. Publish anywhere else you like.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate on 14 days' notice. Fansae may terminate immediately for serious violations. Earnings accrued up to termination are paid on the next scheduled payout.
8. No endorsement
Fansae does not review every post before publication (except those flagged by automated moderation). Content views and opinions are yours, not ours.
9. Dispute resolution
Governed by Danish law. Disputes are handled in Copenhagen.
