Acceptable use policy

Fansae is a curated lifestyle membership community. The following applies to everyone who posts or interacts on the Service.

Prohibited content

  • Nudity, sexual content, or sexually suggestive content of any kind.
  • Any content depicting or sexualising minors.
  • Content promoting violence, self-harm, eating disorders, or dangerous activities.
  • Hate speech, harassment, threats, or discriminatory content.
  • Illegal goods, drugs, firearms, or gambling.
  • Impersonation or misrepresentation of identity.
  • Content you do not own or have rights to publish.
  • Spam, automated activity, or engagement manipulation.

Enforcement

  • Every image and video is scanned automatically on upload (AWS Rekognition and Hive Moderation).
  • Flagged content is routed to a human review queue before publication.
  • Violations can result in post removal, account suspension, or termination.
  • Serious violations (CSAM, credible threats) are reported to the appropriate authorities.

Reporting

Report content by using the "Report" button in the app, or by emailing dsa@fansae.com. We acknowledge reports within 24 hours and take action within 72 hours.

Appeals

If your content or account is actioned, you may appeal via Settings → Safety, or by emailing dsa@fansae.com. Appeals are reviewed by a different person than the one who took the original decision.

Copyright (DMCA / EU)

If you believe content infringes your copyright, send a notice to legal@fansae.com including: the work, the location on Fansae, your contact details, a statement of good-faith belief, and a signature. Repeat infringers are removed.
