EU DSA transparency

Fansae complies with the EU Digital Services Act (Regulation 2022/2065). This page provides required disclosures and points of contact.

Single point of contact

Authorities and users may reach our DSA contact at dsa@fansae.com, in English or Danish.

Legal representative

Fansae ApS, established in Copenhagen, Denmark, is directly subject to EU law and does not require a separate representative under Art. 13.

Notice and action

Anyone may submit a notice about illegal content by using the in-app "Report" control or by emailing dsa@fansae.com. We acknowledge within 24 hours and make a decision within 72 hours.

Statement of reasons

When we restrict content, demote it, restrict visibility, or suspend an account, we provide the user with a statement of reasons including: the specific facts, the legal basis or the Term that applies, the scope of the restriction, and how to appeal.

Appeals

Users may appeal any moderation decision within 6 months via Settings → Safety. Appeals are handled by a different reviewer and answered within 14 days.

Out-of-court dispute settlement

If you disagree with our appeal decision you may refer the dispute to a certified out-of-court dispute resolution body under Article 21 DSA.

Transparency report

We publish an annual report covering content moderation actions, orders from authorities, and appeals. The first report will be published April 2027.
